Directions
We are located in a small village called Espondeilhan, mid-way between Pézenas and Béziers (about 12 mins each way) in the Hérault (34) region of Languedoc Roussillon, South-West France. You are welcome to come from as far away as you like if you are picking up and dropping back rental items yourself (most people choose to do this), or I deliver for a fee of 5€ up to 10km and then 50c/km each way up to 30km from our base.
To find our house, 475 Ave de la Tuilerie, 34290 Espondeilhan:
If you are coming from the D909 (west of us, eg Béziers, St Geniès, Autignac, Poujol-sur-Orb, St Chinian, etc), then turn off this road at Lieuran-lès-Béziers and then head for Espondeilhan. Once in Espondeilhan, cross the crossroads and continue past a stop sign and for about 200M further. You will see a bus stop on your left-hand side. We are the house just after the bus stop. A big, square house, covered in Virginia creeper, with palm trees in front of it and old green gates. The number is on the wall.
If you are coming from Pézenas, then head through Alignan-du-Vent, then Abeilhan, then Coulobres, then Espondeilhan. When you arrive at Espondeilhan, turn left onto the main road and we are the house immediately on your right. See the house description above.
If you are arriving from the east, eg Margon, Pouzolles, Roujan, Neffiès etc, then head for Pouzolles, then through to Espondeilhan. We are the second house actually on the road as you enter the village. See the house description above.
You can park right outside and ring the entryphone to the left of the gates and I'll buzz you in.
We have a very friendly but not at all fearsome American Staff called Pepsi. If you are afraid of pooches, 'pas de problème', do let me know in advance and I'll shut her in when you ring the entryphone.
